Updated: July 3, 2026

Maple Ski Ridge LLC (“Maple Ski Ridge,” “Maple,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values our guests and understands that you care about how your information is collected, used, and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have regarding your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, through third-party platforms we use for purchases, registrations, payments, tickets, passes, waivers, rentals, email communications, and other services, and through in-person interactions at Maple Ski Ridge.

Maple Ski Ridge is located at:

Maple Ski Ridge

Information We Collect

When we use the term “Personal Information,” we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be connected to a specific person or household. This may include information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, payment-related information, account information, ticket or pass information, registration information, rental information, waiver information, photos, video, and other information you choose to provide to us.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Maple Ski Ridge. We may collect information when you visit our website, contact us, make a purchase, register for a program, sign up for emails, complete a waiver, rent equipment, purchase or use a ticket or pass, visit the ski area, attend an event, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we may collect includes:

  • Identification and contact information, such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact information.

  • Participant information, such as age, grade, ability level, lesson or program placement information, rental needs, height, weight, boot size, skier or snowboarder type, and other information needed to provide rentals, lessons, camp, or other programs.

  • Transaction and purchase information, such as products purchased, ticket or pass type, registration details, payment status, purchase history, order history, and related customer service information.

  • Waiver, safety, and incident information, such as signed waivers, parent or guardian information, emergency contact information, medical or allergy information you choose to provide for a child or participant, and details related to accidents, injuries, incidents, or safety reports.

  • RFID, ticket, and pass information, such as pass or ticket number, RFID card or media number, pass photo if used, product type, access status, and access scan information. Once Maple Ski Ridge begins using RFID access, RFID media may be used to confirm that a valid ticket, pass, or product is associated with a guest account. When RFID media is scanned or read by our access control system, the system may record information such as the date, time, access point, and product associated with that access. RFID media is used for access control and operational purposes; it is not a GPS tracking device and does not continuously track a guest’s location.

  • Website and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring websites, and other basic usage information collected through our website platform, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

  • Marketing and communication information, such as email subscription status, communication preferences, survey responses, promotion participation, and messages you send to us by email, phone, website form, social media, or other communication channels.

  • Photo and video information, such as photos or videos taken at Maple Ski Ridge, submitted to us, or captured during public events, lessons, camp, programs, promotions, or general ski area operations.

Information collected through SnowCloud may include guest account information, ticket or pass details, RFID media information, purchase history, waiver information, rental information, pass photos if used, and access scan information.

Third-party platforms may process information on our behalf, and in some cases they may also collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies and terms.
