Reports To: General Manager or Mountain Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Age Requirement: 18+

Hours: Part-time or Full Time, Seasonal, or Year Round

Pay Rate: $15 - $20/hour

Job Overview:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge by efficiently performing the assigned cleaning duties.

Responsibilities and duties during snow season:

• Main Lodge Tasks: remove trash, wash tables, and dust window sills, walls,  valances, exit signs, fire extinguishers, speakers, and fans. Sweep and wash floors. Wash glass entrance doors.

• Bathroom Tasks: clean toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors. Fill paper products when needed.

• Office Area Tasks: remove trash from offices. Sweep and mop offices and connecting hallway.

• Vacuum area rugs.

• Help fill the wood supply for the wood stove.

• Snow removal from doorways.

• Ice removal from roof.

• Assist with the gritting and sanding of the driveway and entrance from the road.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have good attention to detail.

• Must work quickly and efficiently.

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Training Requirements:

• Must attend all assigned training days if applicable before the season starts. (Paid)
