
Customer Service Representative - 16+
Summary:
Responsible for ticket & lesson sales, answering phones and supplying great customer service by performing the following duties in a fast, friendly accurate, safe manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling tickets and lessons, including receiving payments, making change, balancing the money box daily.
Responsible for scheduling private ski and snowboard lessons.
Answers telephone and responds to customer inquiries.
Performs light office duties; filing, copying, data input.
Responsible for general cleanliness of lodge, including cleaning tables and spot sweeping.
Sweeps offices and hallways daily, including empting trash and recycling bins.
Responsible for watching customers and ensuring there are no customer problems within the lodge, including noise control and safety issues.
Handles customer questions and problems when possible and reports any problems to management team when necessary.
Helps with light kitchen duties when needed, including but not limited to washing dishes.
Helps with light duties in rental shop when needed.
Responsible for cleaning the restrooms daily, including sweeping and mopping the floors and cleaning the toilets and sinks and supplying paper products when needed.
Other tasks as assigned.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, a working knowledge of Google Suite software is required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
