Customer Service Representative - 16+

Summary: 

Responsible for ticket & lesson sales, answering phones and supplying great customer service by performing the following duties in a fast, friendly accurate, safe manner.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling tickets and lessons, including receiving payments, making change, balancing the money box daily.

  • Responsible for scheduling private ski and snowboard lessons.

  • Answers telephone and responds to customer inquiries.

  • Performs light office duties; filing, copying, data input.

  • Responsible for general cleanliness of lodge, including cleaning tables and spot sweeping.

  • Sweeps offices and hallways daily, including empting trash and recycling bins.

  • Responsible for watching customers and ensuring there are no customer problems within the lodge, including noise control and safety issues.

  • Handles customer questions and problems when possible and reports any problems to management team when necessary.

  • Helps with light kitchen duties when needed, including but not limited to washing dishes.

  • Helps with light duties in rental shop when needed.

  • Responsible for cleaning the restrooms daily, including sweeping and mopping the floors and cleaning the toilets and sinks and supplying paper products when needed.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, a working knowledge of Google Suite software is required.


Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.


Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
