Less paperwork at Maple. More time on snow. We’re moving to a brand-new Maple registration system (SnowCloud) for tickets, rentals, lessons, gift cards and more. We’re still learning all the ins and outs of the new software, so you may notice a few bumps as we get everything fully up and running — but there are some BIG benefits coming with this change. One of our favorites? You can take care of so much before you ever leave home. And just as importantly, everything is moving into one place. In the past, you might have registered for lessons through one system, paid for tickets through another, and handled rental paperwork separately. Our new Maple registration system brings those pieces together, with less paper and fewer systems for you to keep track of. Create one account for your whole family, add each family member, complete waivers, enter rental information, register for lessons and take care of other important details from your couch instead of standing at the counter when you arrive. Just remember: when purchasing lessons or tickets, make sure you assign them to the correct family member in your account. Meet Your New Maple RFID Card Our new RFID cards will become your gateway to your Maple day. They can be used for lift access, rentals and — as more features roll out — even things like snack bar money. Parents of school ski club kids, you can probably already see where we’re going with this! The goal is simple: less hassle, less stress and more time actually enjoying Maple. We are still bringing some products and lesson programs online, and day passes and stored snack-bar funds are not available quite yet. More features will continue to roll out as we get the system fully up to speed. Start at home.
