COVID-19 Policies

In consideration of our guests and employees safety, Maple Ski Ridge has in place the following COVID-19 policies for the 2021-2022 Winter Season.

FACEMASK COVERING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Indoors: Face coverings are required for all guests indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings can only be removed indoors when actively eating or drinking.

  • Outdoors: Vaccinated guests are not required to wear face coverings, but are recommended when unable to social distance, or when near unknown guests. Unvaccinated guests are required to wear face coverings and social distance outside.

  • Lifts: Face coverings are recommended for all guests when in lift lines, when unable to socially distance, or when near unknown guests.

Face coverings must properly cover your nose and mouth with two or more layers of protection at all times. Masks that have holes for your mouth or nose (neoprene ski masks) or single-layer buffs will not satisfy the mask requirement.

INSIDE THE LODGE:

  • Face coverings: Please wear a face covering at all times. Social distancing is required, please do not gather in large groups inside.

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are permitted to bring in personal items/equipment to change prior to skiing/snowboarding. However, personal items cannot stay inside the lodge or be stored under tables/benches.

  • Lost and Found: We will discard any face coverings such as turtle furs, gators, facemasks, scarves, etc.

  • Food/Beverages: There is a reduced seating compacity inside the lodge, and tables are configured to maintain social distancing.  Tables inside can be occupied for up to 15 minutes to allow for circulation.

WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING...:

  • Physical Barriers: We've implemented physical barriers in our customer service area.

  • Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of daily cleaning procedures and deep cleaning at night.

  • Sanitization: We are maintaining hand sanitizer stations throughout our lodge for guests & employees.

  • Health Screenings: Employees are undergoing a daily health screening prior to every shift.

  • Indoors: Reducing indoor capacities where necessary to maintain social distancing.

If you are not feeling well or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and plan to visit us another time. We as a community are responsible for our health and well-being. We thank you in advance for doing your part!

We are looking forward to having a safe and fun winter season!
